Privacy Policy — REgenesis

REgenesis is a property discovery and analysis platform operated by QANTM AI from Ridgefield, Connecticut. This policy explains what the platform collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to exercise your rights over it.

What we collect

Account information you provide (email, name, company, plan) and a securely hashed password — never the password itself. Sign-in sessions, which include IP address, browser user-agent and a device identifier, so we can show you where your account is active and detect suspicious access. The properties you save, favourite, analyse or organise into projects. Security events such as failed sign-ins and rate-limit trips, recorded with the originating IP, so attacks can be detected and stopped. If you buy a subscription, the identifiers our payment processor returns and a record of the transaction.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We run no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no behavioural profiling, and we do not buy personal data about you or build advertising profiles.

Who else is involved

We share data only with the providers needed to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing, Google for administrator sign-in and for Google Maps, Resend for transactional email such as password resets, and Google Cloud for hosting. We may also disclose information where legally required, or where necessary to investigate abuse. Property records and incentive programmes come from public government and commercial sources — that data describes places, not people.

Cookies

One cookie, used solely to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or receive a portable copy, and you may ask us to stop using it for a given purpose. Email info@qantm.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We may verify your identity first so that nobody else can make these requests on your behalf. Billing records and security logs are retained where we are required to keep them.

Security and children

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and the database is not reachable from the public internet. This is a professional real-estate tool, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
